- Delivery charges are not refunded in case of exchange.

- Cosmetics and Fragrance are neither exchangeable nor refundable.
- Damage products reported to our customer service department by chatting with us on the chat button within 24 hours of receiving the order are subject to direct exchange.
- Damage products reported after the 24 hours of receiving the order are subject to after service conservations and this work may range from 2 to 5 working days.
- Refunds are not allowed.
